I will teach you how to get free US phone number with ipkall to get your own google voice number
Step
1) Get free sip account from any free sip provider i used voipuser.org
2) Download free softphone client like x lite 4, to setup x lite read here
3) After you get your sip account working signup at http://phone.ipkall.com/ with your sip account details
4) check your mail for ipkall phone number now you are done with ipkall you got your usa number to use it in google voice just go to google.com/voice (remember its only for US member to use it from other countries use USA proxy or vpn service)
5) Now upgrade you google voice account from left side write washington in box after that select your number you want. now remember x lite must running now enter your ipkall number when asked by google and click on call me now x lite should ring now when operator ask for verification code enter it.
6) Now you got your google voice number and you can call to any USA number for free.
